How to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks


It’s crazy…

Did you know that over 5000 people per month search the internet wondering how to lose weight in 2 weeks? It’s because of all that demand, I felt it was necessary to share the best tips I know to help you reach your weight loss goals. Let’s face it, losing weight in 2 weeks won’t be easy, but it is absolutely attainable. Probably, the best thing you can do is commit to one solid weight loss plan, and follow it to the letter. Once you have the mindset that you actually  will follow through on this commitment it’s time to create the plan principles.


To lose weight in 2 weeks, look for the following 3 guidelines in your plan. (note, I’ll share the actual program that worked for me in a minute – but first the guidelines)

  1. Make sure your plan has you drinking at least 80-100 ounces of water per day. Drinking water helps you flush out toxins, and excess water weight that your body was carrying. By drinking at least 80 ounces of water per day, you’ll keep the natural flow of fluids moving through your body and you’ll be left with actual body weight.
  2. Your plan should advocate eating “No Salt Added” foods – also noted on labels as “NSA”.
    That’s right, by keeping your sodium content lowered, you’ll be sure to keep the water you drink from being retained. It’s commonly understood that sodium retains water, and if you’re trying to lose weight in 2 weeks, it’s important to keep that water moving.
  3. Make sure the plan you decide to follow mentions exercise.  (many sadly don’t)
    Now to lose weight in 2 weeks, you do have to be aggressive with your strategy, but it’s not that bad.  I’m talking about as little as walking 30 minutes per day will help drastically. Losing weight in 2 weeks is all about burning calories in excess of what you take in. For example, if you were to burn 2500 calories more than you take in each week, you’ll have lost one pound per week. So you can see the importance of calorie deficits, each and every day if you’re going to succeed at losing weight in 2 weeks.

Above all, as I mentioned, finding and following a proven, systematic plan that has steers clear of hype and actually has real results showing how to help people lose weight in 2 weeks is critical.

The plan I followed that helped me shed 13lbs in 14 days has kind of a hokey looking website (in my opinion anyway) but frankly I don’t care if they wrote this stuff on a napkin with crayon… this was eye opening!  lol
