Lose Weight in 2 Weeks – the short primer on how to fit into those clothes you’ve been dying to slip into again.

I was almost in tears.

How?  When?  What in the world happened without me noticing?  These were all the types of thoughts that raged through my mind when I was cleaning my closet out looking for my “lost” clothes.  I had a family reunion coming up in a matter of weeks, and to say I was embarrassed, would be a major understatement.  I needed to lose weight in 2 weeks or die trying.

Now you may not be as emotional as me, or self conscious as I am, but if you’re reading this article I’m guessing you want to lose weight in 2 weeks and you’re tired of all the theory offered on the internet, right?

So let me tell you exactly how I was able to lose weight in 2 weeks, without dying I might add.

First, please don’t starve yourself.  Your metabolism, the very thing that burns calories into energy, will immediately slow down and it’s more likely that you will gain weight.  Don’t starve yourself if you have any hope to lose weight in 2 weeks.  Instead, eat 5-6 meals at 2.5-3 hour intervals.  This keeps your blood sugar level, so the trigger that tells your body to store food, never fires.

Also, make sure you have a proven plan to follow.  You’re going to appreciate this point.  Don’t you hate it when you buy books and plans that have chapters on topics, but when you finish the book, you get to the end and you’re like, “how do I pull all this together?”  It drives me crazy.

I’m going to give you a reference to the exact eating plan and system I used to drop 14 pounds in only 13 days and one thing you’ll notice right off the top (besides everyone’s raving about it), is that the plan is fail proof.  It says, eat this at this time, and do this at this time.  The theory of the plan is covered on the site, and guess what?  It makes total sense why other plans fail us so easily.
